A small piece of paradise in earth, located beside a 2SQKM private lake, quite and safe neighbourhood. It has 2 units, the main house and the Guest suite.
Main house has 3 Bedrooms, 1 Kitchen and 1 complete washroom with designated working area.
The Guest House has 2 bedrooms and 1 washroom.
Perfect for your vacation, fishing, boating, ice fishing, jet ski and swimming. This cottage has a sandy beach that you can walk in water. It has a private hot tub that you can enjoy the fabulous view while taking SPA. It has BBQ, fire pit and also paddle boats, paddle board, an aluminium boat and a canoe to enjoy. You can also launch your own boat or watercraft from nearby boat launch area.
Agnew's General Store, South Algonquin Diner, Wilberforce Service Centre, Wilberforce Multicare Pharmacy, Foodland and LCBO 5 min drive.

Amenities that you are able to enjoy
This is our family cottage. It is accessible in all seasons.
It has central heating and air conditioning, heat pump and baseboard heater to keep you warm during the hard winter. Also has a few portable heaters, fans and a wood fireplace. Filtered Drinkable water is on site.
It has 2 designated desks with DSL and high-speed internet (Star Link and Bell 50mbps) to work remotely.
Washer and Dryer, Hot Tub, smart TV in each unit, bidet in both washrooms.
Built in Sound System in the main cottage, a treadmill.
As a second home, we tried our best to keep all essentials, but you might want to bring your special things that you like to use.
